This scenario helps young autistic individuals with essential communication and networking skills for building professional connections and pursuing career opportunities. By practising decision-making in realistic scenarios, users can develop confidence in skills such as interpersonal communication skills and expressing thoughts, managing social anxiety, networking skills and following up with contacts and organizational skills regarding the job search process. This will empower them to handle with confidence their career development progress.
