The EASY project was designed as a response to the growing responsibility of European member states to support people with disabilities in the development of their employability. Specifically, EASY is concerned with securing the employability of young autistic people. As a result, it seeks to offer capacity building for youth workers and provide them with high-quality innovative material to support autistic youth.

EASY  aims to contribute to the integration of autistic youth into the labour market by enhancing their employability and job-seeking skills. It aims to improve the partners’ capacity to support autistic people’s competitiveness; increase youth workers’ understanding of the autistic learners’ diverse abilities; increase autistic youth’s level of employability and help them claim their rightful place in local, national and European workforce; increase the effects of inclusion in workplaces. EASY focuses on three main topics that correlate with three the priorities highlighted by the Erasmus+ 2022 guide:

Strengthening the employability of young people

Increasing quality, innovation, and recognition of youth work

Inclusion and diversity in all fields of education, training, youth and sport
