The partnership aims to develop this tool as a way to provide unemployed autistic youth with a safe but realistic space to assess their employability. Specifically, the EASY aims to:

  • Create a tool that can be adopted by the partner organisations as a way to address the needs of the autistic members of their target groups who are seeking professional development.
  • Create a tool that the youth workers can use in their employability activities to support the self-assessment of young autistic people. While the result of this work package is directly addressed to autistic youth, youth workers will be able to integrate it into their practices whenever they have autistic members in their learning groups.
  • Create a safe tool that allows young autistic people to assess their employability skills in a realistic environment.
