Introduction
A job interview is an opportunity to showcase your skills and experience to potential employers. For autistic people, the uncertainty of what to expect, speaking to an unfamiliar person or dealing with an unstructured interview can feel overwhelming. Anxiety may be caused by unpredictable questions or difficulties in understanding social cues.
This scenario will help you become more familiar with interview formats, practice structured responses, gain confidence in presenting your strengths effectively, allowing you to practice decision-making and refine your approach to common interview questions.

You will encounter six different interview situations where you’ll need to make decisions about how to respond. After each decision, you will receive feedback based on your choice.
