Overview

This scenario is designed to support autistic young people in managing themselves in the workplace. The interactive, decision-based format allows users to practice key skills in a safe, structured environment. This scenario helps autistic young people with planning their workday, organising their work and being prepared for important meetings and projects. By practising their self-management skills in realistic scenarios, users can develop confidence in skills such as organisational skills and planning, managing stress in the workplace, and managing competing deadlines.

Introduction

Self-management can be challenging, it requires thought, self-reflection and carefully considered time management strategies. In this scenario, you will explore different situations where you will need to make choices about how to manage yourself at work. Each decision you make will provide you with feedback, helping you improve and build confidence in these essential skills.
